Opening for a Full-Time property manager to oversee daily operations in Sioux Falls, SD. Manager should have strong organizational skills, leadership and multitasking abilities. Answer phones

Showing and leasing apartments

Overseeing caretakers

Marketing the property

Bilingual is a plus

Live on-site a plus

Inspecting vacant apartments weekly

On call and weekend rotation

Valid Driver’s license
